Pre-Insulated Flexible Hose Kits

Each kit includes 2 Pre-insulated Flexible Hoses and a pack of rubber washers. 

Elbow configuration kits also contain 2 pre-slit 90° elbow insulation pieces alongside 4 strips of our extra-strong adhesive UV and weather reisstant PVC tape.

Made in compliance with MCS MIS 3005 standards, our flexible hoses simplify connecting flow and return pipes to heat pumps or biomass boilers. These hoses dampen vibrations and enable smooth bends during installation.

They feature a 28mm/35mm inner hose encased in a protective stainless steel braid. For easy connection, one end has a male or female BSP thread, while the other uses a 28mm/35mm compression fitting. All hoses come pre-insulated with a durable 19mm thick PVC coating that resists weather and UV rays.
